FancyFon Control-It is a comprehensive service, enabling users to remotely manage any number of mobile devices over the Internet. Control-It is a service that allows to manage from a few to thousands of mobile phones. It can be used by companies and service providers to ensure instant remote support to customers and employees in managing their smartphones.
FancyFon Control-It is a web-based solution for attended remote support and configuration. Administrator view provides details (phone number and phone IMEI) of the managed devices. Once the administrator is connected to the customer's device, he has a set of reporting solutions, applications and agents-based-tools at his control, enabling him the same capabilities remotely as if he was holding the user's device. As long as both the administrator and the user have a working connection to the Internet, the physical distance between them is irrelevant. The administrator sends a SMS to the customer with a link to download a suitable agent. Control-It is a user friendly application which step by step leads the user until his smartphone is properly configured.

Agents work in correlation with each other, however, each agent can also work independently.
